Lisa fell down the cement stairs leading to her apartment.  She lies in her hospital bed as we wait.  The last time I saw her was at a family get together?and before that we danced together at the Rainbow Cactus.  That?s how I remember her?dancing.

Jackie and I threw our Third Annual Mid-Summer Eve party ? also known affectionately as ?The Fairy Party.?

Sitting around a fire with our spears, eons ago, we told stories.  We lived our lives hunting and gathering and for relaxation and joy we told stories.  Even song is a way of conveying a story.
