I just got a very nice email from an artist that saw a couple of my works on ebay. Yes folks, you can find a few things on ebay that I don't have on the site! Anyhoo, they wrote me the most encouraging letter (thanks “T”).

I'll tell ya, the one thing about being an artist and a writer is you get LOTS of rejection and negative feedback.

It's those few sales, those few positive words, those few tiny shoves that help carry you through all of the rejection letters and slow sales and nay-sayers. Let me tell you, any time you try to follow a dream there are plenty of NAY-SAYERS that will try hard to feed any insecurities you might have. WELL SPIT IT OUT, don't you DARE swallow it! If you believe you can, you can!

Can ya tell I'm all pumped up? Well, I gotta go work on having stuff ready to pop in the oven tomorrow for da big TURKEY DAY, but then I'm gonna sit down and practice my ink drawings, which I have found I LOVE to do.

My sweetie Will let me borrow his 7 pen KOH-I-NOOR Rapidograph pen set…let me tell you, having the right tools sure can make a WORLD of difference! I effing LOVE those pens!!! Anyhoo, off to the daily duties of
